Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Promotions such as free shipping thresholds may apply at times.

5. Tracking Information

Every order comes with a tracking number. Once the carrier scans it, delivery responsibility shifts to them.

6. International Shipping

We ship worldwide unless restricted by law. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

• OFF-Crime is not responsible for packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

• If your package is reported lost, stolen, or damaged, we will investigate directly with the carrier.

• False reports will be taken very seriously. Submitting fraudulent claims (pretending an order didn’t arrive) is considered scamming and will result in blacklisting, denial of future orders, and potential legal action.
